All appointment fees include consultation, prescription of homeopathic remedies and contact and support between appointments including any additional remedies that may be required.
This initial consultation for homeopathy alone is for those who either want the sole focus of homeopathy or for those who want to start their healing journey more gradually with homeopathy but would like to include nutritional therapy and/or kinesiology going forward but waiting for their follow up appointment to do so.
Homeopathy is a completely natural system of medicine which I consider to be the ‘power house’ of healing. For some, homeopathy alone is what is wanted/needed. When treating children (up to the age of 12) I find homeopathy alone is usually enough. Due to the nature of the consultation, homeopathy lends itself to a remote appointment for those who choose this over face to face.

What can I expect at this appointment?
At this appointment I will take a detailed case history which will include your current symptoms/what you are seeking help with. I will then prescribe and dispense your homeopathic remedy/remedies for you to take away with you, and encourage you to keep regular contact so I can track your progress.
This initial consultation is for those wanting a combined focus of homeopathy and kinesiology.
Combining homeopathy and kinesiology not only gives you the ‘power house’ of healing of the homeopathic remedies, it also enables me to assess where your body needs support to restore balance.

What can I expect at this appointment?
During the appointment you will receive a full homeopathic consultation after which I will prescribe your remedy/remedies.
Using kinesiology (muscle testing) I will assess your body’s primary system that needs balancing and what is needs to restore that balance. This may include nutritional supplement recommendations, Bach flower essences (for additional emotional support) and/or an energetic balance/focus. I will then give you a full holistic kinesiology balance.
Please note there is a £25 charge payable on booking in lieu of the preparation required ahead of your appointment in relation to the evaluation of your completed nutritional analysis questionnaire.
This initial consultation is for those who want to ‘kick start’ their journey to health incorporating the power house of all three modalities. This is a particularly dynamic start to address problems of fatigue, hormone imbalance and/or digestive issues.

What can I expect at this appointment?
Prior to the appointment you will receive an electronic tick box nutritional analysis questionnaire which I will use as the initial assessment of your nutritional requirements.
During the appointment you will receive a full homeopathic consultation after which I will prescribe your remedy/remedies.
I will then go through the results of your returned nutritional analysis questionnaire and discuss the nutrients that your symptoms suggest you may require. Using kinesiology techniques I will assess further, identifying your core nutritional needs which may include supplement recommendations and/or dietary additions/exclusions – should any food sensitives be identified that could be contributing to your symptoms.
Finally we will identify your body’s primary system that needs balancing and I will give you a full holistic kinesiology balance to ‘kick start’ your healing journey.
This is a follow up appointment for EXISTING patients who want the sole focus of homeopathy.

I will assess your progress and reaction to your homeopathic prescription and re-prescribe accordingly.
This is a follow up appointment for EXISTING patients who have either had an initial homeopathic consultation and now want to combine kinesiology, for those who have had an initial homeopathy and kinesiology first consultation and wish to continue that journey, or for those who have had an initial consultation combining homeopathy, kinesiology and nutritional therapy.

Using kinesiology I will assess your body’s primary system needing balance. This may include nutritional supplement recommendations, Bach flower essences (for additional emotional support) and/or an energetic balance/focus. I will then give you a full holistic kinesiology balance.
If your previous appointment included nutritional therapy I will check if your nutritional requirements from the findings of your first appointment have changed and advise accordingly.
This could include stopping certain supplements you no longer need or reducing to a ‘maintenance dose’ for those you no longer need the full dosage of.

This is a follow up appointment for EXISTING patients who have not previously had the nutritional therapy focus and would like to include it.

I will also send you a Zoom invitation – for those who don’t use Zoom we can conduct the appointment via an alternative platform.
During the appointment I will take a detailed case history which will include your current symptoms/what you are seeking help with.
I will then go through the results of your returned nutritional analysis questionnaire and discuss the nutrients that your symptoms suggest you may require and discuss both nutritional supplement options as well as specific food recommendations.
I will then dispense and post your homeopathic remedies the same day and encourage you to keep regular contact so I can track your progress.
